The Management of the MSDMA Study Program, together with the MSDMA Student Association, organized the “MSDMA Greets” event, which was opened by the Head of the Public Administration Department, Dr. Ridwan Rajab, M.Si. Subsequently, the Advisor of the MSDMA Student Association and the Head of the MSDMA Applied Bachelor Program, Budi Fernando Tumanggor, SS., MBA, delivered a mandate and guidance attended by all students of the Human Resource Management Study Program for Public Officials at Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta from the 2020-2022 batches. The event was held offline in the Multipurpose Room of the Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta campus on Friday (10/3).
The aim of this activity is to enhance coordination, collaboration, and harmonization between students and educators within the study program. Students openly expressed their aspirations, heartfelt concerns, and thoughts regarding their experiences during their studies. These aspirations serve as important feedback for improving the services provided by the MSDMA study program in the future. It is hoped that through this activity, MSDMA students and lecturers can synergize and create an increasingly conducive learning environment.
