On Thursday, January 11, 2024, five lecturers from the MSDMA Study Program, namely Dr. Mala Sondang Silitonga MA, Budi Fernando Tumanggor, SS, MBA, Porman Lumban Gaol, S.Si, MM, Rima Ranintya Yusuf, S.IP, MPA, and Faza Dhora Nailufar, SIP, MIP, participated in the Recognition of Current Competence (RCC) for the Certification Scheme for Human Resource Managers (CHRM). This event was organized by LSP MSDM Indonesia with Assessor Mr. Dinarwulan Sutoto.
This activity aims to not only enhance the competencies of the MSDMA Study Program lecturers but also strengthen their roles as vocational lecturers at Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta. The fifteen competency units included in this certification scheme were assessed through portfolio reviews and interviews with the assessor.
It is hoped that this activity will ensure that the lecturers in the MSDMA Study Program possess the competencies aligned with the graduate profiles established by the program and will strengthen the accreditation of the MSDMA Study Program in the future.
