Workshop on Curriculum Vitae by MSDMA Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta

A curriculum vitae (CV) is a document that provides a brief overview of work experience and explains the resume, commonly used as a reference when applying for or seeking a job.

The MSDMA Student Association, together with the Management of the MSDMA Study Program, organized a Curriculum Vitae Workshop. The workshop was opened by the Head of the MSDMA Applied Bachelor Program, Budi Fernando Tumanggor, SS., MBA, and attended by all students of the Human Resource Management for Public Officials Study Program at Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta from the 2020-2022 batches. The event was held in a blended format in the Multipurpose Room of the Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta campus and via Zoom Meeting on Thursday (6/10).

The material was presented by Annisa Dhia Fadhilah and Marsalya Pusparani, students of the Human Resource Management for Public Officials (MSDMA) Study Program at Politeknik STIA LAN Jakarta, focusing on “Tips for Creating ATS-Friendly and Creative Curriculum Vitae.”

A curriculum vitae provides personal details, personal information, and data to help companies or individuals understand and get an overview of the job applicant.

Porman L Gaol, S.Si., MM., the Secretary of the MSDMA Applied Bachelor Program, stated that besides delivering the material, this event also included practical sessions on creating a curriculum vitae. It is hoped that through this activity, students can understand how to create a curriculum vitae, which will serve as valuable preparation for their future internships.
