1. Organizing education and teaching in the field of applied public administration, especially Apparatus Human Resource Management that is internationally competitive with superior quality to improve government and development administrators,
2. Carrying out research and development of quality innovations in the field of applied public administration, especially Apparatus Human Resource Management on a regional and international scale to support the effectiveness of governance and development,
3. Organizing Community Service (PKM) in the field of applied public administration, especially Apparatus Human Resource Management on a regional and international scale to increase the capacity of governance and development,
